Dropped by on a Tuesday around 5:00PM and it wasn't crowded at all. I ordered an Americano and got a very large cup of good coffee. The process is incredibly easy. You just order and pay at the machine, which has an English option. Only one staff member was there making the drinks, so everything was quick and efficient. No fuss, just good coffee! Plus: Good song choices. Not really loud for me since I enjoy them. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₩1–10,000

The male staff provided very poor service and spoke very rudely. There was a foreign object in my pastry, so I asked for a replacement, but he showed an unpleasant attitude and even told me to leave the store, even though I was not dining in. I strongly recommend replacing this staff member to protect your brand image. 남자 직원의 서비스가 매우 나빴고 매우 무례했습니다. 빵에서 이물질이 나와 교환을 요청했지만 불쾌한 태도로 응대했고, 매장에서 먹을 생각도 없었는데 나가라고 했습니다. 브랜드 이미지를 위해 이 직원을 교체하시길 강력히 권합니다. Should be called Mega Ice instead of Mega Coffee (their black sugar milky drink was good though)
