More of a bar, somewhat of a dump, but a nice friendly one. Filipino staff are friendly, and pleasant, but hard to get their attention at times. There are some Filipino dishes on the menu, and I suspect these are probably quite good because the chef is quite skilled. Mushroom and chicken pasta was superb, and pure comfort food. Unfortunately, they were out of mussels when we were there, and I really wanted to try that dish. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
