VEGAN対応の可愛らしいレストラン。タイ人のオーナーさんの女性が優しく親切！ 肌寒かったので朝食にVEGANトムヤムクンをいただきました！きゅうりやかぼちゃ、豆腐など沢山の具材で大満足。お店の名の通りMILDで1日の始まりにぴったりでした。 何よりオーガニックハーブティーのバリエーションが凄い！！ カップでも、ティーバッグではなく、リーフできます。 私は大好きなホーリーバジルと、追加でターメリックティーも、オーダーしました。 ターメリックは本物がゴロゴロ入ってて、生まれて初めて見ました。120円でこれはお得ですね

Our recent visit to Mild Kitchen in Chiang Mai was unfortunately disappointing. As a family of five, we were eager to enjoy some local flavors, but the experience fell short of our expectations. Food Quality: We ordered Khao Soi, red curry, a noodle soup and some more, but none of the dishes had the vibrant flavors we had come to love in Chiang Mai. The Khao Soi lacked the rich, aromatic broth that is typically a highlight of this dish, and the red curry was surprisingly bland. Even the noodle soup failed to impress, leaving us wishing for more seasoning and depth of flavor. Service and Atmosphere: While the staff were not rude, the service felt somewhat detached and unwelcoming compared to other places we’ve dined at in Chiang Mai. We expected a warm atmosphere that is often characteristic of local eateries, but it felt more clinical than cozy. Mosquito Issue: Additionally, we encountered a significant mosquito problem during our meal. This made it uncomfortable to enjoy our food, detracting from what could have been a pleasant dining experience. In summary, Mild Kitchen did not meet our expectations for authentic Thai cuisine or hospitality. We left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
