Stopped by Minnie’s for brunch and tried a variety of dishes. The restaurant has a clean, bright aesthetic that makes for a pleasant dining environment. Here is a breakdown of the meal: Food & Drinks • Savory Mains: The Eggs Benedict was well-executed with properly poached eggs and a standard hollandaise, served alongside a fresh side salad. The Chicken and Waffles featured very crispy, thick-cut fried chicken and a classic waffle texture—a solid choice for a heavier meal. • Pasta & Salad: The Ebiko Pasta had a nice umami flavor profile thanks to the bonito flakes and roe, which added a bit of a fusion twist. For something lighter, the Burrata Salad was fresh, featuring a generous portion of cheese and arugula with a simple balsamic dressing. • Coffee: The Iced Americano and Iced Latte were standard café quality—refreshing and balanced, serving as a good palate cleanser for the richer food. I have found this brunch by accident and the atmosphere took me like a storm. The exterior is already giving good vibe but interior is just, wow. The staffs here are really polite and helpful, they are ready to help you in every way and lastly the food, I have tried the food back at my stay, I had to order a takeaway, I ordered Spaghetti Agilio Olio Bacon and it is really delicious. You can see the exquisiteness just by looking at it. I really recommend this Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
