MOS Café is a standard franchise fast food restaurant where I find the burger meat is slightly better than McDonald's, though still very average, and the fries tend to be too soft. However, their discounted afternoon tea is very economical, making it a decent budget-friendly option despite the fact that food order times can be quite long even when there are not many customers around.
