The spinach oyster risotto was absolutely disgusting. The sauce was cooked in sea water. It's just a bowl of fishy smell. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$150–200

Had a lovely brunch date with Wifey at @mixo_taipingshan in Sheung Wan . Located in an unassuming location, this place boasts an intimate & cosy yet chill vibe. The menu isn’t huge but what it has, they seem to do it really well . Wifey got their Wasabi Crab meat Salad with an Iced Hojicha Latte, while I got a Truffle Mushroom Scramble on toast with an Espresso Tonic. Hopefully my pics do it justice, cos the food was delicious and both drinks were great too! The salad has this freshness to it and it just has an all round refreshing taste. My truffle scramble was pretty epic too - truffle flavour was prominent without being overpowering . Totally recommend the Wasabi Crab Meat Salad & their Espresso Tonic. Those are our go-to options when visiting . It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area or looking for a quiet, chill place to relax with good coffee and yummy food.
