タイスキを入り口で注文して入り準備が出来ていた。野菜は来ていたが肉、魚は20分後に来るというどうしょうもない管理でした。 肉や魚の出汁が出ないスキでした。

The service at MK Restaurant at Central Village Outlet is, without exaggeration, the worst I have ever experienced at any MK branch. I have never encountered such poor service standards at this brand before. The restaurant was not busy, and there appeared to be more than enough staff on duty. Despite this, the level of service was shockingly inadequate. The staff showed little attentiveness and seemed completely disengaged from customers. Basic service expectations — such as being attentive, responsive, and proactive — were not met. While the food quality itself remains consistent with MK’s usual standards, the disappointing service significantly diminished the overall dining experience. No matter how standardized the food may be, hospitality plays a crucial role in customer satisfaction. In this case, the lack of professionalism and care from the staff greatly reduced the enjoyment of the meal.
