The food was good quality. The service was lacking. Everything was fine at the beginning; the staff were friendly but rushed. Towards the end, problems arose. The server who replaced us was very unfriendly, spoke little, and didn't respond. We wanted to pay by card. The server turned around and went to the cashier's desk with our card. There was no one there. So our card sat on the cashier's desk for about 10 minutes! Anyone could have taken it. No one seemed to care. We then went to the cashier. An employee came and said, "Oh, sorry," and that was it. The server was nowhere to be seen again. Make up your own mind; we certainly have. We won't be returning to Trat MBK.
