The pot rice was served in a cold pot from the start, not a pot that had simply cooled down over time. Because of this, the rice was never properly warm, and I had to eat it as if I were excavating it. By the time I reached the bottom, the rice had completely hardened, making it impossible to scoop out with a spoon. Even though I requested a quiet seat, I was placed next to a room full of people, which made the environment far from quiet. Service was slow due to the server frequently being absent, and there was no apology or corrective action regarding the cold food. Considering the total cost was over 200,000 won for a meal without drinks, the experience was extremely disappointing. I find it difficult to understand why this restaurant maintains such a high rating. To make matters worse, I experienced stomach discomfort afterward, which ruined my entire day. I had an amazing time at MOM Izakaya near Pangyo Station! The atmosphere was cozy and lively, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was well-prepared and packed with flavor, perfectly complementing the drinks. The combination of great ambiance, tasty food, and good drinks made for a fantastic dining experience.
