Monocle Dosan was one of the more refined dining experiences from our Seoul trip. The restaurant has a polished, modern Italian feel, with a calm atmosphere, thoughtful interiors and service that feels attentive without being too formal. The food was beautifully presented, but still focused on flavour rather than just appearance. The lamb was a clear highlight: well cooked, balanced, and served in a way that felt elegant without being overly complicated. The rest of the meal followed the same direction, with clean plating, strong ingredients and a very composed rhythm from dish to dish. It was an amazing experience! Perfect place for any kind of celebration or even just a night out with friends :) the food was served so quickly and the service was top tier! The workers also were able to speak some English which definitely made the experience more comfortable Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩90,000–100,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
