Had a very quiet lunch last week. Totally empty. Services as impeccable as I was the only table. Had the steak n fries .. requested n wanted to pay for rosti instead of fries .. but was turned down by the chef/kitchen.. probably he/they were busy. For me, it was normal taste food but not wow. Probably was expecting too much for the high prices Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Thank you for your feedback—we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Regarding the rösti, as it is not part of our menu, we unfortunately do not have the specific type of potatoes required to prepare it. We only carry baby potatoes for our side dishes, which is why the kitchen was not able to accommodate the request. We apologise for any disappointment caused. Our beef is 40-day dry-aged, carefully selected to ensure quality and depth of flavour, and we’re sorry to hear it did not fully meet your expectations on this occasion. My husband and I recently chose L’Escargot at Monopole to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a very pleasant evening. The restaurant has a charming and elegant atmosphere, making it a wonderful place for a special occasion. The ambiance is warm, relaxing, and perfect for a quiet dinner. What truly stood out during our visit was the excellent service. A special thank you to Khun Aum and Pai (from Myanmar) for taking such wonderful care of us throughout the evening. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made our celebration feel even more special. As for the food, there were a few dishes we really enjoyed, while the rest were quite nice overall. However, the lovely atmosphere and the warm hospitality from the team are what really made the night memorable. Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening and a beautiful place to celebrate a special moment. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
