"Deeply disappointed with our visit on a special day. the dining area was smokey due to poor ventilation. What ruined the evening was the service—we struggled just to pay the bill because no one paid attention. The male waiter with glasses was the most frustrating part; he clearly saw us but chose to ignore our requests." Price per person: ₩70,000–80,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m not sure if Korean law allows this, but at this restaurant you must order alcohol to eat here. I’ve traveled to many countries and have never seen a policy like this before. There were three of us. The server suggested the “Family Set” for 2–4 people, which includes a seafood platter. The menu description wasn’t very clear, but we decided to try it anyway. When we asked for water to start, the server said, “You have to order a drink.” I asked what she meant and whether we could add drinks later if we wanted. She replied, “No, you must order at least a wine to place your food order.” My husband asked why, and she simply said, “This is my boss’s business policy.” We explained that not everyone drinks alcohol, but her response was, “Then one person can drink two glasses.” Seriously? In the end, we had no choice but to order three glasses of wine just to proceed with the meal. Later we found out that the wine costs 11,000–13,000 KRW per glass, with only three options available. Unfortunately, the food itself was also not as good as expected. Other service issues we experienced: - No napkins were provided initially. When we asked, they only brought two for three people. - Only one small plate per person was given at the start, and it was never changed during the entire course (appetizer, pasta, and seafood). I had request for new ones. - No water refill service. - When asking for the check, we were told to go pay at the counter. Overall, this place felt overrated and overpriced considering the quality of the food and the level of service. I wish I can choose “no “ but no other option to go with 1.. Price per person: ₩100,000+

Visited this Mood Seoul restaurant for dinner and they are not foreigner friendly. They are not able to speak English and the food is over-rated and salty. Wanted a sunset dinner and we had to wait in the cold wind and the sun already went down and turn dark before we could enter. There’s an online hype for reservations which is totally overrated as the place is quite empty for a weekend. Not worth the visit Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
