We arrived and placed our drink order at 18:05. The order was 2 cokes, 1 kiwi juice, and 2 houses cocktails from the menu. There were only 6 other people in the bar when we ordered, all of whom alert had their food or drinks. It took 10 minutes for the bartender to bring the cokes, 30 minutes to get the kiwi juice, and by 18:45, he still had not started making the cocktails. During this time, the bartender made no other drinks, and delivered only 2 plates of food to one of the 2 occupied takes. We canceled our cocktails and left. I understand service isn’t always fast, but to have a bartender at an effectively empty bar not even start making drinks after FORTY MINUTES is outrageous. The bar itself was very comfortable, and we were looking forward to enjoying a couple of drinks while planning the next few days of our trip. Price per person: NT$200–400 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Stayed at the Sheraton Hotel and went to Moon bar for a quick snack after a long day of traveling the drinks were terrible I asked the bar tender to make another one but it was still as bad as the first one. The food was very very disappointing I ordered fish and chips and Korean sweet chili chicken, everything was frozen, the fish was not fresh as it was packaged fish and it took 40 minutes for my food to arrive only to be very disappointed. Only took one bite from the fish and I spit it out because if I ate that I probably would have gotten sick ! Worst experience Ever!
