Not recommended. Here are the reasons: • Poor value. The minimum charge is 299฿, with limited choices and slow service. • Although it’s all-you-can-eat, if you order too much, they either stop serving you or drastically reduce the portions. (For example, we ordered five plates but only received one, and we finished all the food—no waste on our part.) • Three people have to share one very small pot. Please see the attached picture for reference. • Because the pot was too small, we asked for an extra pot. They didn’t mention any extra charge at the time, but at checkout, we found out there was an additional 99฿ fee, which is quite expensive. • Lastly, we speak Thai and have lived in Thailand for over ten years, so there were no communication issues. Dear valued customer,Thank you very much for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and truly appreciate your comments, which help us improve our service.Regarding the additional pot charge.-We’re sorry if it wasn’t communicated clearly in advance . We will ensure better transparency going forward.About the food portion and speed -We don’t have a policy to limit food portions. We will investigate the kitchen process to prevent this from happening again. On sharing a small pot.-We’re sorry will consider adjusting our setup to better suit group sizes. We truly hope to welcome you back for a better experience in the future.Thank you again-Team MORE MORE BEEF Pluak dang
