STAFF LACKS TRAINING AND DONT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. Also there is only one staff. Ordered at 1.30pm to 1.45pm today. At this point, someone just got his food and there is no one before me. I ordered my food and immediately soon after I saw a fries that was done on the counter. After seeing it for 5 to 10 mins, I could not stand it much longer and asked if the fries was mine, he said yes. I had to tell him I was in a rush before he gave me the fries. BUT WHO WOULD PUT A FRIES THERE FOR 10MINS FOR IT TO BECOME COLD WHEN I AM THERE WAITING FOR MY FOOD? ISN'T IT COMMON SENSE TO SERVE WHILE IT IS FRESH? At around 12.46, I finally got the rest of my order, a matcha latte and okonomiyaki burger. The burger is decent. However the wait was so long I could not enjoy my food anymore as I have to rush off. 100% WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS BRANCH AGAIN. I also buy from other branches like Tiong Bahru Plaza and its decent Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered during dinner time with no other orders in front Somehow, I had to wait 10-15mins. And weirdly enough, the 2 people who ordered behind me managed to receive their orders first! Reaching home, the food was disappointingly stone cold. Fries are cold, corn soup is also cold. Even their fish burger which is supposed to fresh is also cold and hard Not sure if they are busy with GrabFood orders or just forgot mine and left it there for awhile Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I enjoyed the Takoyaki burger with fried chicken and iced milk tea today, Saturday 8 Nov 2025 even though the outlet's air conditioning was spoilt. Victoria provided warm and friendly service, and even took the initiative to tell me that the freshly fried chicken is very hot and to be careful eating. Nice that Bukit Gombak mrt has a Mos Burger Express outlet like this - its been here for a number of years. I remember having a Mos cheeseburger meal here during the pandemic in 2020.
