Wanted to drop a review to compliment on the staffs’ service this evening! Despite manpower shortage, they attended to my special request to remove an ingredient after placing my order, also packed my orders neatly to prevent spillage. Much appreciated! Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 5

Hi Mosburger! I bought mosburger at Northpoint City today and I’m very disappointed. All this happened during 8 June around 9:20pm-9:45pm(the entire duration) I really enjoy the new product waygu and avocado burger. I always buy the burger and I truly enjoyed it. However today my order took a lot longer and when I finally got my food. The avocado was frozen, causing the entire burger to feel cold as the frozen avocado made the sauce cold as well. The burger was grilled nicely with a crust and the burger patty was juicy. Everything was perfect except for the avocado. So I ate my fries and waited for the avocado to defrost a little bit more. After eating the burger, it was still frozen and the taste was unbearable. I can feel that my stomach wasn’t feeling well after eating the burger. So I went to the counter and asked the Indian female manager/supervisor in blue for a container to take away my burger because the avocado was frozen, I would like to take away and try to eat it later. She was on the phone call with someone while doing settlement and she got defensive and told me that the avocado was supposed to be frozen. I work in F&B as well and I understand that the ingredients can be frozen. However we don’t serve them frozen to the guest. I was not asked if I would like to change to another item, I waited and was served frozen food. When I told her I understand. All I wanted was a take away container. She got another staff to pass me the take away container. (The supervisor was also the one who made my burger) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time trying MOS Burger. Teriyaki Truffle Wagyu Burger is decent. Soft bun, fresh lettuce. The beef patty is decent, can taste a hint of truffle flavouring. The standard is above McD but still feels like processed food. Fries tastes freshly fried and crispy. Wait time was reasonable for a busy day. The seating area is too cramped. Overall a decent fast food option that tastes less aggressively flavoured.
