Rude staff who ignored me after approaching him more than 3 times and made me wait for 30mins for nothing while my food was sitting somewhere not at the collection point ! He was not even apologetic and even shouted at me . You have the worst staff and I will not visit MOS again due to this experience Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Consider a deep clean or furniture replacement. Saw this little guy crawl out from a chair seat cushion, all over the chair, then across the floor before disappearing into the bench. Cockroaches are not acceptable in an indoor dining establishment. Food tasted ok. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in

Possibly the slowest Mos Burger outlet ever, ordered a rice mentaiko burger and a croquette and they took more than 20 minutes to complete my order on a non-peak working day. Food looks extremely small too, staff looks tired and worn out as well. This outlet always has houseflies flying around as well although the tables are clean. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
