Stumbled here having an HDB appointment. Ordered something new to me was the oolong mayo fries. It has a oolong taste but only after a strong hit of sweet taste. I can't explain the taste but you got to try it. It might be a hit and miss. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This outlet is actually a place I wish to frequent as it tends to be really nice and quiet when it is off peak which is specifically the reason for me coming here if I want a snack or meal apart from the food of course. However recently there is one lady staff who has been disrupting this peace. It's one thing to talk in customer service but it's another when that staff is louder than the rest of all the customers to the point I can't even hear what my companion is saying, and we are seated five tables away from the counter. This also happens when the store is mostly quiet apart from normal chatter so to hear one voice above the rest booming and yelling about is very startling and obnoxious to customers. Not saying staff should be still and quiet like robots but do train them to have common decency and situational awareness, if it is quiet try to maintain that and if it is loud then they can be however boisterous they want to be. This particular staff also chooses to yell out the numbers before letting the machine announcement say it with the number dinging on the screen. Then what's the use of the screen calling system with the machine voice then? It's very clear with both audio and visual plus much more efficient than yelling. Apart from this one staff, the rest of the staff are mostly nice and do their jobs well. The outlet is usually clean and serves good food albeit the heavy oily air.

The restaurant has a major issue with its air extraction system. Throughout the entire meal, the air felt heavy with the scent of the kitchen, and I left the premises smelling like a deep fryer. For a place with meals this good, the lack of proper ventilation is a dealbreaker. I hope they look into improving the air quality so guests don't have to take the kitchen smells home with them. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
