Lunch sets were awful. Barely warm. Almost everything interesting required an additional charge. Noisy during lunch hours. Couldn't talk leisurely. One time patronage. Meal type: Lunch

New restaurant opening in Harbour City, MULAN沐蘭, a Chinese Cuisine with a Western Twist. The ingredients used are mainly from China, including Foie Gras, Caviar, these typical western ingredients. Restaurant has an amazing sunset view, highly recommend dishes are: Foie Gras Toast, Beef Tartare, Scallop with Caviar, Fujian Yellow Croaker Fish, Dalian Xuelong 3A Flap, Stewed Rice ins Drunken Chicken Broth, the Mangosteen Sorbet with Osmanthus, and Fig leaf cheesecake. Even wines are from China, the sparkling wines are mixed with tea leaves and have a strong after taste of tea, which I find very special. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
