Meal started unremarkably, still enjoyable for the first 6 dishes but nothing stood out… - UNTIL their signature dish Muoki Egg, chicken dish rolled into a ball stuffed with foie gras and covered in a brown parsnip sauce. - It wasn’t the end of the night as next came the best hanwoo I have tried in Seoul. Sous vide in butter, pan fried before finishing off for a smoky finish over charcoal and glazed with a beautiful reduction coffee colored sauce made from beef juices, vegetable stock, wine and brandy. - Dessert was unique, Naengi mousse and also a sichuan pepper mousse that strangely got along like an odd but comfortable couple. - Finishing off the night was a financier and a fruit like sweet with a soft delicate shell containing peach juice. Tea was a decaf from South Africa, with a fruity linger. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
