As a Thai person, I can confidently say this place has become one of my favorite Thai restaurants. The flavors are authentic, well balanced, and full of the comforting taste you’d expect from good Thai food. Every dish feels thoughtfully made, and you can really tell they care about the quality and consistency. This is our second time here and we’ll definitely be coming back again! Been wanting to try Ma Der Kin Khao for a while and finally got a chance with my friends. Although the shop floor looks small but it was spacious for 6 pax. We ordered the usual dishes like Tom Yum, krapow, fermented pork ribs etc, but the stand out dishes are the grilled chicken and the seafood creamy omelette. Grilled chicken was flavourful, although it took awhile for the dish to arrive, but the chicken breast was tender and the wait for definitely worth it. Plus the price point is pretty reasonable - for 6 pax, 6 dishes and 6 drinks, each of us paid less than $20. If you are looking for an alternative to the usual Thai eateries, this might be a good choice for a pretty authentic Thai cuisine (that caters to locals) Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
