My bread order got collected by someone else with buzzer having the same number as my receipt. Cashier told me “bread wait la!” when I enquired about my order as noone was preparing anymore bread in the kitchen as my order had been collected by someone else. Female staff who prepared the bread was only concerned with the cashier duplicating order numbers and the staffs were engrossed in debating whose fault rather than getting my order right for me. The female staff was also seen handling the ham and cheese with her right hand without gloves on. She also touched multiple surfaces with her left hand which had gloves on. I have sent a feedback to ma mum official contact page but not sure if they will get back. Overall service and food hygiene practices need to be improved. Just skip the food here if possible. Update: Ma Mum did not reply even after I feedback on their official contact page. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
