I have known this restaurant for many years and have visited it several times over the years. This time again, I had an excellent experience. The food is absolutely delicious, authentic, and truly represents real Thai cuisine at its best. Every dish is full of flavor and prepared with great care. Special thanks to Chef Oi, whose cooking is simply outstanding. The service is warm, friendly, and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and service provided. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Koh Samui, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for genuine Thai food. A fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Lots of things changed on Samui since we were last here, two years ago. One thing that doesn't change - Ma-Yom still serves the tastiest Thai food we found on the island. We ate here several times in our last holidays, and twice this time. It is always a pleasure to come back. Whether you go for the spicy option (which I always do) or the not-so-spicy, everything is beautifully seasoned and delicious. Highly recommended!
