Went to visit my friend and went nearby for lunch. Decided to try the Thai stall as there were several people ordering from the stall. Look at the boat noodle bowl, it was topped up with lots of pork meat on the top! The meat were very tender. The soup was on the sweeter side, the first few sips were enjoyable. However when it reached the end, I somehow felt very greasy. The flat noodles were well cooked, springy and flavourful as it absorbed the soup. Besides the pork meat, there were a few greens in the soup. It's pity that I expected like other places where I had the boat noodles, there will be meatball, pig liver mixed intestines in it. While their prices are roughly the same as this stall. Maybe their signature dish is not the boat noodles, will try other dishes if there's a chance. Price per person: $1–10

I love the Thai food at Maa Kin. The dishes are authentic and prepared by a Thai chef, and every meal brings me back to Bangkok. I’ve been dining here regularly since their days in Ubi. Although they’ve gone through a few chef changes over the years, the food has remained consistently good. I also appreciate that the owner is always open to feedback and genuinely makes an effort to improve the dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Maa Kin Thai Food serves up authentic and delicious Thai cuisine with incredibly friendly staff. I had the pineapple fried rice and som tum, and both were amazing—flavorful and fresh! A perfect spot for a satisfying Thai meal. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
