Hidden Gem. They got everything right. Real good cappuccino, and also hot or not lukewarm like everywhere else. Food actually looks exactly like shown on the menu and not a sad version of it ;-) we are coming back, no doubt. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a great little place, directly facing Lake Mabprachan across the street. The very open and airy feel of the restaurant is heightened by the big wide windowed front of the air-conditioned building, with a large and wide open covered patio out front. So far, my roommates and I have genuinely enjoyed everything we have eaten here, both farang (foreigner) and the Thai cuisine, as well. But to be honest, one friend I brought up here had what he considered to be a "horrible" hamburger. But myself and my roommates haven't had a single dish that we didn't really like a lot! I really enjoy their unique take on Sweet and Sour Pork. This is a nice, comfortable, casual place with REALLY good food! We will be back here again... and often! This would be a great place for a low-key, casual, date, and it has a very nice view of the lake, directly across the street! Give The Terrace a try. We did, and it's rapidly turning into one of our favorite places.
