Mad Roasterの新形態カフェがRed Hill Enabling Village内に出現 Main entrance 入って右側の小さなハウスがmad roaster. 他の分店とは異なり、ここは"slow bar" ベーカリーからお料理メニューの拡充、ドリンクメニューも今までにない充実っぷりで、アルコールメニューまでも登場！ ゆったり寛げるメニューと空間になっています。 席も店内と外にあり。 店内は、1~４名での利用がしやすいレイアウト、外エリアは、5~8名でもテーブルを囲んで団欒できるタイプのテーブルもたくさんあります。 街の喧騒からも離れてて、いろいろなビジターさんが寛げるようなカフェになってました。感動 週末のモーニング~ランチはたくさんのビジターで込み合うのですが、平日の夜に晩酌したい時には、人も少なくゆっくりリラックスできます。 進化し続ける社会貢献派mad roaster, いつも応援してます！ 店内にあります。. A friend recommended this cosy and comfortable cafe in Redhill, so I decided to drop by. I tried the cinnamon brioche, and it was delicious! The prices were reasonable too. Stopped by Mad Roaster's Slow Bar on a Saturday morning intending to try their Bone Marrow breakfast plate, but was told the kitchen was still prepping and warm breakfast items would only be ready closer to 8.45–9am, apart from the pastries on the counter. Ended up going with the chocolate babka instead, which turned out to be a pretty satisfying alternative. The bread was soft, moist, and topped with generous chocolate crumble bits that added a nice texture and richness without feeling too heavy. Great if you’re just after a light bite with coffee. The cafe itself sits in a really pleasant spot with lots of open outdoor space, making it feel especially relaxing in the morning. Feels very family- and pet-friendly too, with plenty of room for kids or pets to roam around. Also liked that they had artworks by local artists displayed around the space and available for sale—adds a nice creative touch to the space. Will probably return another time to properly try the Bone Marrow breakfast and spend a bit more time checking out the art.
