Madras Meals has some nice dishes and my complaint is not really about the food because it was more than good enough for my taste. The atmosphere and the service were just not what you expect when you go to a Japanese restaurant and then arrive at places like this. The staff did not greet us, the woman serving the food was randomly sitting with guests before getting up to serve meals, and at the end we were charged 1000 yen more than what I had calculated. I did not confront them about it, but I checked everything like I always do and there was no mention of a table fee or anything similar. It was simply strange.
