I drive several hours just to come eat here! It has to be some of the freshest tuna I've had in Korea The chef really cares about what pieces you prefer, and that you eat it correctly in order to get the best flavors. He will often place a piece on my plate and dress it with Wasabi or oil or salt, and have me wait a few minutes in order to let the flavors integrate together. I usually order the Royal set, which is 40,000 and I always walk away happy and satisfied!
