Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to formally share an incident that occurred on 11/02/2026 involving a company staff member, Mr. Ravi Ganesan, who visited Express Medical Clinic. Following his visit, he expressed dissatisfaction and posted a negative review on our website. We sincerely apologise if there was any misunderstanding during his visit. Please understand that our clinic follows strict professional ethics and established protocols, in line with management policies and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines. All decisions, including medical letter extensions, must go through proper approval procedures. We are unable to make exceptions without adhering to these regulations. Our staff nurse communicated politely that a one-month extension had already been granted, and any further extension would require approval from higher management to avoid potential future permit-related issues. At no point was there any intention to be rude or unhelpful. However, we respectfully request that the matter be considered fairly and in its proper context. The requested extension was not directly related to treatment at our medical centre, as the patient’s medical follow-up is in Malaysia. This explanation was provided during the discussion. We regret that the situation became unpleasant. We would also like to clarify that any references to personal or family matters were unrelated to the professional issue at hand and should not have been part of the discussion. Our clinic remains committed to assisting patients and workers to the best of our ability while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. We kindly ask for mutual respect towards our healthcare staff, who are carrying out their duties professionally and responsibly. Thank you for your understanding.
