My ah jeh treated us cakes from this French bakery at Six Pacific Place. . -Chocolate & Hazelnut Cake (HKD50) Decadent milk chocolate mousse and intense dark chocolate cream were layered over a hazelnut sponge, with a crispy hazelnut praline adding a contrast in texture. -Earl Grey & Berries (HKD50) It balanced the deep, aromatic notes of earl grey sponge, cream and mousse with a crisp almond praline and a fruity mixed berry jelly layer. -Mont Blanc Tart (HKD55) It featured a meticulously piped, uniform spiral of creamy chestnut purée piled high atop a buttery pastry tart base. The citrus jelly added a refreshing touch. . The bakery has a small open seating area in the open lobby. Price per person: HK$50–100

This Maison Kayser branch is located on the lobby floor of the Six Pacific Place commercial building along Queen's Road East in the Wanchai & Admiralty area. Opening times are 7.30am to 6.30pm (weekdays), closed on weekends. There are a handful of tables and open seating available along with a grab-n-go style kiosk setup where you can pick up sandwiches, pastries and other light bites along with coffee and non-coffee drinks. Recently stopped by for a tuna mayo croissant and espresso, both tasted as expected. Prices reasonable for bakeries, service very friendly and timely.
