I had a very disappointing experience at this place. When I politely asked for my receipt, the staff manager, Pamela, initially told me, "Sorry, we don’t have a receipt." When I explained that it’s a legal requirement to provide one, she begrudgingly handed it over. Later, I asked for a simple cup of water because my throat was in pain and I couldn’t speak fluently. Pamela responded with, "Sorry, we don’t have water here." This felt incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. Basic customer service, like providing a receipt and water, should never be this difficult. Other than the receipt and water they fail to provide, politeness and cleanliness are also noticeably absent, as the table was a bit dirty. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
