The food was really good and I must say that the whisky selection was outstanding. The whisky menu is a thick book! I enjoyed the japanese whisky in my usual "twice up" preparation. I shared the method with the bartender and she mixed it well. They use distilled water which enhances the flavour of the Japanese whisky. Google if you want to learn more. Meal type: Dinner

My wife and I always return to Maison Mizuki whenever we stay at the Sofitel Sukhumvit. Great, fresh food paired with excellent service. This was another enjoyable dinner we had on 20 April 2026, made all the more pleasant by Julie, a waiting executive from Paris currently in Bangkok on contract. She was wonderful at recommending dishes and drinks from the menu, staying attentive while still giving us our space. The ambience was wonderfully relaxing too.
