色んな方の口コミから人気のフレンチレストランの気取らぬビストロらしいです、とても美味しかったです。ディナーのセットで前菜、メイン、デザート、食後のコーヒーで1200バーツという設定。メインに私はスズキを頂きましたが、皮がパリッと、身はふわっと、レモンバターソースが絶妙で満足しました。このメニューにはかわいい器にピラフ風のライスがついていて、相性が良いのでついつい一緒に食べてしまい、結構お腹いっぱいになってしまいました。 デザートは美味しいけど改良の余地がありそうですかね(生意気かな？) とても満足しました。. I visited the restaurant today at around 3:30 PM and ordered two recommended dishes from the menu: white asparagus priced at 900 baht, and pork with duck liver priced at 900 baht. When ordering, the staff asked whether I wanted the dish served cold as a terrine or fried. No further explanation was given, so I chose the fried option. However, when the dish was served, the staff informed me that it had been changed to fried foie gras, priced at 1,500 baht, which was not the dish I originally ordered from the menu, as the original item included pork. The total bill for only two dishes came to 2,919 baht, which I found very expensive. The food taste was acceptable, but the service was disappointing. Changing the dish without clearly informing the customer of the price difference, and serving an item that did not match the menu ordered, was far below my expectations and not in line with the level of service expected from a restaurant of this standard. If you’re looking for authentic French cuisine, Maison Philippe is the place to go. Offering traditional dishes, the chefs have created a genuine French menu that will not only make you feel like you’re in a Parisian bistro, but will truly make your taste buds travel. The food is delicious, nicely presented, and tastes like proper French cooking. The cheese platter offered a wide variety. Perhaps a small note identifying the cheeses on the plate would be helpful. Their apple tart was scrumptious, and the ice cream and sorbets were delicious. They also have a great selection of wines. The décor and atmosphere do not give the place the feel of a bistro and, although the servers were kind, the service felt rushed. This is something you don’t want in a French restaurant, as you should be able to enjoy each bite properly and take your time. Unfortunately, we did not have that luxury: dishes were served in quick succession, and there was no second round of bread to go with the cheese. I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking tasty French cuisine. However, do not expect vegetarian options, as there is no main course suitable for vegetarians.
