Definitely recommend this place for teppanyaki. For the price, you get a large variety of food, and they are of great quality. We did not go for the lobster option, but it’s not super pricy even for lobster. Service: 4/5 Environment: 4.5/5 Food for price value: 4.5/5 Prefer this restaurant to most other teppanyaki restaurants in causeway bay. Would love to come back again Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $450–500 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Wagyu Beef

️ [Omakase should have good service but here it is] I heard from a friend that this Japanese restaurant is a good value for money. The omakase package for one person is a variety of different things, so I thought about going to Goto to celebrate the anniversary. Little did I know that I would have such a "special" experience. The only setting in the restaurant is at the bar. When we arrived that night, we saw that the entire restaurant had to be segregated and only a pair of middle-aged male and female customers were seated. After we sat down for a while, we realized that the omakase chef didn't pay attention to us at all. For example, when different foods were served, he didn't explain anything. He didn't even explain what sashimi or sushi it was. We had to ask the chef ourselves. I will answer one question first . You would ask the master how tight it is? He exposed all his energy to the middle-aged guest. He kept saying "Li Sheng" in front of him and "Li Sheng" after "Li Sheng". He also asked him to drink wine and introduced to him that he could have a private party for the New Year. It was really... Good service (only for "Li Sheng") It doesn’t matter if the master ignores us, I don’t think it will be worse in the middle of the trip. It is said that TVB was broadcasting a live broadcast of Happy Man Tung Wah , and then "Mrs. Li" was full and didn't want to talk about it. She wanted to watch the scary program by herself, so she turned on the hand-free and broadcast it loudly. At that time, the place was filled with the sound of joyful Donghua. The chef was silent, the waiters were silent, and we and the other customers were all silent... Frankly speaking, it is not a problem to have big customers, but the chef and the restaurant know that the big customers are more self-centered, and the chef, as the owner, is too distracted to take care of other customers, so they should not do what they can and accept fewer customers that day. Customers or want other customers to go to other branches? Furthermore, even if you are a big guest, there is no reason for you to go to your own house and turn on the hand-free loud announcement while the restaurant has no reason to keep quiet. I feel that this is very disrespectful to other guests. After I finished my meal, I felt that the restaurant didn’t need any other customers at all, only “Li Sheng and Mrs. Li”, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone else, unless you are rich enough to get “Li Sheng and Mrs. Li”, or I don’t mind having Qianliuzhi listen to Happy Man Donghua eating like this, and I don’t mind that the chef completely ignores you and doesn’t even know why you are eating hard. As for food, the following food actually tastes OK, but I really don’t know what the food is because I don’t even have anyone to tell me the names of the food.
