Walking to Fort Street, I came across a Michelin-starred restaurant, Mak Kee Gourmet, and decided to give it a try! I ordered the Dandan Noodles set meal (all noodle dishes in the restaurant can be exchanged for a set meal for extra money, including 3 pot stickers and drinks). I added money for a soy milk. It turned out to be a bottle of local soy milk. It was not too sweet, but the soy taste was a bit light. A little bit. The sauce of the dandan noodles is rich but not too salty. The noodles are of moderate softness and firmness, and are of medium-to-high quality. However, the portion is average and men may not feel full enough. The pot stickers recommended by Michelin are very crispy on the bottom, not filled with meat fillings but juicy.
