I had the opportunity to try an authentic Basque Cheesecake (by the original recipe of LaViña in San Sebastian) from the local Chiang Dao entrepreneur of Make Me Cheese. It had the perfect creamy consistency and was really well balanced. Definitely Made me Cheese! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
