ミシュランを取った香港海老わんたん麺のチェーン。 世家云吞面 現地の盛り付け方がこう！ ワンタンしたに隠して、上に麺で蓋を閉めちゃう〜最初は頼み間違えたとすごく焦るかもしれないけど、ちゃんとしたに、大きいな海老ワンタンがあるよ〜 柱侯牛腩面 牛すね肉とホタテ貝柱の濃厚スープ麺 虾子虾球捞面 香港麺の焼き蕎麦に蝦子で混ぜ混ぜ 生姜香ってて、さっぱりして手食べやすい。水分ないぐらい少ない(笑) 海老はぷりぷりで最高！ 耗油芥兰菜 ブロッコリーとツルムラサキの間の、 香港特有のお野菜。 好きすぎて毎回頼んでる。 炸云吞 米粉の皮かな?すごく軽くて、口で消える食感. I recently had the chance to visit Mak's Noodle on friend’s recommendations. We stayed in Tsuen Wan and there happened to be a Mak’s restaurant near our hotel. I found myself admiring its modern interior and vibrant atmosphere. The chic design and more extensive store setup really do enhance the dining experience, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. However, when I compared the wonton noodle bowls to those from Tsim Chai Kee, a Michelin-starred favorite, I noticed a few differences. The portion sizes at Mak's are noticeably smaller, and the prices do reflect that increase. While Tsim Chai Kee offers a heartier bowl that leaves you feeling satisfied, at Mak's, you may find yourself wanting more. Another aspect that stood out was the broth. While it was certainly good at Mak's, it didn't quite reach the depth and richness of flavor that I’ve come to love at Tsim Chai Kee. The broth is essential in a wonton noodle bowl, and I was hoping for a bit more from Mak's Noodle. Overall, Mak's Noodle is a solid choice with a sleek atmosphere and high-quality ingredients. While it may not dethrone Tsim Chai Kee in terms of flavor and value, it's worth a visit for those looking for a modern twist on a classic dish.
