I recently visited your coffee shop and was very disappointed with both the quality of the coffee and the customer service. I ordered a coffee that was poorly made—bitter and lacking balance. When I politely asked to have it remade or returned, the staff argued with me instead of addressing the issue professionally. As a customer, I expected a more respectful and solution-oriented response, especially from a place that prides itself on quality. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of care for customer satisfaction. I hope you take this feedback seriously and train your staff to handle complaints more gracefully. I was looking forward to enjoying my visit, but this experience left me disappointed and unlikely to return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
