Just to clarify, our Fattoush is prepared fresh throughout the day, and the brownish colour comes from sumac and pomegranate molasses — not oxidation. We also do not use false bottoms, and our portion sizes are exactly as stated and shown.Ordering one HK$78 salad for seven guests naturally won’t feel substantial, and a 1‑star rating based on that may not reflect the overall experience we aim to provide. If you’d like, please request a refund, we will happily approve it.We appreciate all feedback and will continue working hard to deliver good food and good service to our guests.
