This was one of the most discriminatory experiences I’ve had in Japan. We arrived during operating hours, and there were still customers dining inside. The moment the staff saw that we were foreigners, they claimed the restaurant was closed and refused to let us enter. Meanwhile, other customers continued to be served. It is difficult not to view this as discrimination against foreign visitors. I hope management addresses this issue seriously, as no customer should be treated differently based on their nationality. Google showed that the restaurant was still open, and there were still customers dining inside when we arrived. What disappointed us was that we were told the restaurant was closed, yet we could clearly see staff continuing to serve and seat other customers who arrived around the same time. As foreign visitors, this experience made us feel unwelcome and unfairly treated. If there is a last entry time or other policy, it should be clearly communicated instead of simply turning customers away while continuing to serve others. Very disappointing experience. Service: 1

This place was so delicious! We got Okonomiyaki (seafood +pork option) and yakisoba to share, they were good portions. You have to use translator app for menu, no English menu. Small but great atmosphere. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
