As a local, I highly recommend this place! It’s famous for Bingsu, but you absolutely MUST try their cakes too. I had the Iced Vanilla Latte and the Chocolate Cake, and the quality was on a whole different level. There are countless cafes in Jeju, but this place is definitely number one when it comes to pure taste and skill!! Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
