We had the Power Lunch at Mandala Niseko today. Being from Singapore and familiar with Mandala’s reputation there, we had higher expectations for the experience. Unfortunately, it fell short in several ways. The atmosphere felt off, the service was lacking warmth, and most importantly, the food was underwhelming. The French onion soup was overly salty and uninspiring, the pasta was bland, and the cheeseburger arrived looking unappetizing and lonely on the plate. The fries tasted as if they had been refried, which was disappointing. The concept of Mandala in Niseko is great, but the execution needs improvement. Sadly, it wasn’t an experience we’d be eager to repeat.

Our group of 8 made a reservation a month ago. We were looking forward to a great dining experience like we do at the Mandala Club Singapore. We were seated and a huge group from a private event downstairs came up to the restaurant - absolute pandemonium. ABSOLUTE PANDEMONIUM. The group filled up the place, obviously liquored up, and they were just going from table to table talking very LOUDLY, moving chairs and standing closely behind us. Easily one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Let alone from Mandala Club. They should have either have not allowed reservations for the night or at least let us know. We’re a fan of the Singapore Mandala Club but are we coming back to this? Guess not. Our waitress Hanna was GREAT though. She tried, but to no avail in trying to keep the spill over close our table. Mandala management should have a protocol for situations like these.

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal, and the service was exceptional. A special shout-out to Thomas and his team who truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and expert recommendations made all the difference. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Not to forget their exceptional cocktails.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and drinks with top-notch service. Thank you, Thomas, for making our experience so special!
