As our venue is an open-air rooftop restaurant, insects can occasionally be attracted to the lighting despite our ongoing pest control and preventive measures. Our team intended to replace the dish with a freshly prepared one. However, due to a language barrier, our waitress understood that you had declined the replacement. We sincerely apologize if this resulted in a misunderstanding and left you feeling that the situation was not handled appropriately.Regarding your comment about the smell of chlorine, this is the first time we have received such feedback in our three years of operation.
