Happen to see this giant clam chowder sign on this food truck on our way to pick up our order of smoked meats from the Smokemanship so my friend went to pick us up a bowl while I picked up my order and headed back to our hotel. The chowder wasnt that hot after the 10 min or so walk in below freezing temps so we popped it in the microwave for a min or 2 and it was nice and piping hot again. This clam chowder is probably one of the best ones I had in a long time. It really hit the spot after a long day on the slopes and warms you within. It went pretty well with the smoked brisket and beef ribs too. I would definitely go back for more if I wasnt to stuffed from all the other foods Ive been eating throughout the trip. Food: 5
