Very good Korean BBQ featuring an all-you-can-eat pork buffet. Helpful staff will ensure you don’t burn your food. Mapo galbi adds a feature not seen in most Korean BBQs: they add beaten egg to the “moat” around the brazier so you can add cooked egg to your feast. This egg does collect the drippings of fat from the hot plate, though, so best to eat the egg as soon as it’s cooked. Vacuum hoses contain most but not all the fumes. You’ll leave smelling smoky.
