Had a wonderful experience here! The space has a cozy and relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. Every dish was well presented and thoughtfully prepared. The Ribeye was easily my favourite — cooked perfectly, incredibly tender, and full of flavour. The prawns with hummus were also a pleasant surprise, with the creamy hummus complementing the seafood really well. The drinks were refreshing and paired nicely with the food. Definitely a great spot for casual dinners, drinks, or after-work gatherings. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tried Market Bistro for a casual meal and overall it was a pleasant experience. We ordered a few dishes to share. The crispy baby squid was probably my favourite, light, crunchy and easy to keep snacking on. The hot honey chicken wings were also enjoyable, with a nice balance of sweet and spicy. The Japanese pork cutlet and steak frites were decent, nothing too surprising but still satisfying if you’re looking for something hearty. We ended with the Basque burnt cheesecake, which was creamy with a nicely caramelised top. Service was smooth and the atmosphere is great for a relaxed lunch or dinner in the CBD. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a really enjoyable meal at Market Bistro recently. We started with the hot honey chicken wings which were crispy with a sweet glaze and just enough heat to keep things interesting without being overwhelming. The beef stroganoff was proper comfort food, tender beef in a rich creamy mushroom sauce with real depth of flavour. For mains the steak frites with ribeye was the highlight, juicy and well-marbled with a great sear and crispy frites on the side. We wrapped up with the cheesecake which was smooth, creamy and not too heavy, a nice way to round off the meal. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
