The Tori Marutama Ramen was one of the best ramen dishes I have ever had! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff were outstanding, especially Patricia, who was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and attentive. Her warm hospitality made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!. I had a fantastic experience with this Japanese restaurant! I placed a takeaway order and requested a specific pickup time; they prepared everything so carefully to ensure it stayed fresh. Even after the journey home, the food was still warm and tasted amazing. A special shoutout to Hannah, who was incredibly friendly and took great care of my order. Easily one of the best ramen around the area. The richness of the soup is in perfect harmony with the melt in your mouth chashu and firm noodles (it kind of reminds me of Sanpoutei Ramen @ Shaw House). The gyoza on the other hand was decent, just that the chili which came with it is a bit off (like those fresh Indonesian spicy sambal). Overall it's a good place to get your ramen fix. Either come before 12 noon on weekdays or prepare to queue.Foodibear gives Marutama Ramen (Downtown Gallery) a solid 5/5.
