仕事帰りに寄ってみたけど、スープが最高だった。濃いけどくどくない。麺の硬さもちょうどいい。チャーシューがとろける感じで、ビールと一緒に最高の一杯。. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Sharon from Marutama Ramen (Kallang) genuinely deserves recognition at the highest level. Her service was honestly on another level — attentive without being intrusive, incredibly warm, fast, professional, and she handled everything with so much sincerity and care. You can immediately tell when someone is just doing a job versus someone who truly takes pride in creating an amazing dining experience. Sharon is the latter. Even during busy periods, she remained composed, observant, and exceptionally hospitable. She anticipated what customers needed before they even had to ask. That level of awareness and professionalism is rare nowadays. The ramen was great, but Sharon was the reason the entire experience became memorable. Staff like her are the type that build customer loyalty and make people want to return again and again. Management seriously needs to recognize her efforts because this is not ordinary service — this is premium, elite-tier hospitality. Employees like Sharon are assets to the company and absolutely deserve promotion and recognition. Thank you Sharon for the outstanding experience.
