いつも止まっているホテルから少し距離がありますが、HKに行くなら、いつも利用しています。値段は手頃、味もお美味しい。同僚、取引先もよく連れていきます。. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $150–200

We randomly stopped by Master Chan Dim Sum Specialist on a Tuesday morning while staying in the TST area, and it turned out to be one of the best dim sum experiences we’ve had in Hong Kong. Conveniently located right opposite our hotel, this place was such a pleasant surprise. A special shoutout to Joshua, who made the experience even better with his warm hospitality and excellent English. He patiently explained the menu, recommended dishes, and even guided us through the tea selection — which made us feel incredibly welcomed as visitors. The dim sum itself was outstanding — authentic, fresh, and honestly some of the best we’ve tasted in Hong Kong. Restaurants that are able to maintain authenticity while also accommodating international visitors so well definitely deserve recognition. If you’re visiting Hong Kong and looking for a memorable dim sum spot in TST, this is absolutely a must-visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $300–350
