I found this place at Airside Mall which serves my favorite dish fried celtuce (清炒蒿旬) that my passed wife Daisy used to make it so well. To my disappointment, they didn't add a bit of seame oil which works wonder with it. I could only use a bit of the seame sauce from the chicken (雞絲粉皮)but the taste is just not the same... The Master’s Cauldron serves a wide range of Chinese dishes from different regions. We came with a big group for dinner, so we got to try a lot of items. Overall, the food was very well prepared and tasted great. A must‑try is the 白龍王, the fish and egg white pair perfectly, and it tastes just as good as it looks. The roasted duck and drunken chicken were also excellent and above the usual standard. However, they are seriously understaffed, so don’t expect attentive service. Still, the food is great and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $150–200 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
